Our communications center is unique in that we are the only consolidated 911 center in the state of Tennessee. We serve Overton and Pickett County. Our center dispatches for Overton & Pickett Counties' EMS and Fire Departments. We also dispatch for the Overton County Sheriff’s Department & Rescue Squad. Along with our dispatching duties, we serve as the afterhour’s line for UCEMC.

 

All of our employees exceed any and all education and licensure standards that are currently in place within the state of Tennessee. Our dedicated employees are very well trained and continue their education no less than quarterly.
